grounded. Coffeebar was created during the COVID-19 pandemic by mother and daughter duo Monique and Jess. During a time of absolute uncertainty, disarray, and isolation, there was one thing that kept Monique and Jess in high spirits. One consistency they could always rely on to be there when life was anything but consistent; Coffee. We have loved coffee not only as a beverage, or much needed source of caffeination, but as a staple in our lives. It brought us together; many conversations shared with mugs in our hands, many walks enjoyed with cups from our favourite coffee joints as that was our only escape from the same four walls.
